We start every morning with pure Madagascar Bourbon vanillas, luscious chocolates, fresh eggs and dairy that blend together to create delectable cakes, cupcakes and creamy frostings. Our creations are baked in small batches in our local shop to ensure they are at their finest.
Meet the Chef
Frosted Pink Cake Company was founded by Pastry Chef Tonja Jefferson. Tonja traded a career in the corporate world to pursue something a little sweeter — her passion for artful cakes. A lifelong baker, inspired by her husband, children and everything sweet, Tonja opened Frosted Pink Cake Company in February 2010 as Mansfield, Texas’ first and only cake and cupcakery shop.
